Direct Debit

Each participant is responsible for transferring the cost of the workshop (excluding materials) into the Saturday Printmakers bank account using the below details:

Please ensure you notify club Treasurer Noelle before making a payment so she can confirm if places are available in the course. The reference for the payment should include your first initial and surname (e.g. B.Smith) and a reference to which workshop you have booked in for (e.g. cs etching, litho, collagraph, engraving etc).

Unless otherwise stated, materials costs (as specified in the workshop flyer) must be placed in an envelope marked with your name; date; workshop type; and amount. Each participant will be responsible for ensuring this payment goes directly to the artist/tutor leading the workshop.

Full payment secures place in workshop:

Full workshop payment is required to secure a place in each workshop. Payments can be made as an online transfer as discussed above. Alternatively, if you are unable to transfer the funds electronically, please contact Noelle to discuss cash payment.

Cancellation:

Participants no longer able to attend a workshop & who need to cancel – are eligible for a refund up to a month prior. Within the month prior to the workshop no refunds will be given. During the month prior, participants may find their own replacement. Please notify group of changes to attendees. If a workshop is cancelled by organisers or artist the full cost will be refunded or the participant may choose to use it for another workshop scheduled in that same year.
